The staff, particularly Sharon and Theresa, were welcoming and attentive. The hotel was clean, the cozy room was comfortable for my family, and breakfast was consistently delicious and healthy. The location next to Levy Mall made dining easy. I was frustrated with the accounts team's handling of an overcharge issue, which did impact my experience. The pool area could use more privacy, as it felt a bit exposed. Despite these concerns, I would consider staying again due to the reasonable prices and the positive atmosphere.

Had the a double room and it was neat with GOOD wifi. The check in was quick, the staff was very friendly.

The hotel was ideal and comfortable, and the staff were caring, really enjoyed the magnificent location just next door to a convenient mall and business area and Levy Mall and the Town Centre. The rooms were decent size and compact, especially those with modern furniture and good WiFi, as example.

The property was clean with extremely friendly and excellent staff. The room was spotless and new-fashioned with Wi-Fi, an electronic safe, and a hair dryer available. The location was good - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. There was Copper Chimney, max 5 mins walk to, appreciated their meals.

I stayed for a week on a business trip, and my experience was fantastic. The rooms were modern and comfortable, featuring ample plug points and a useful desk. The breakfast spread was impressive, with fresh coffee, a variety of options, and delicious eggs. The friendly staff was always there to assist me, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I encountered issues with the key cards. It took multiple attempts and several trips to reception just to get access to my room. Frustratingly, there was a significant delay in resolving the key card problem, completely unacceptable after a long day of travel.
